When I was asked to contribute to this blog at first I was both excited and fearful – what wouldI, a marketing professional, have to say about food and fizz? Once I thought about it a bit more seriously, I realized I have a lot to contribute.
I’ve had a three year journey with gluten and wheat routes, a child who was sick for almost a year that no doctor could give me answers, and let’s face it; for wine, that’s been a staple in my life for more years than I should share. I’m not a doctor, not an expert and not suggesting my routes are the one and only options. I am a person who believes your health and wellness need to play a paramount role in your life. Keeping that in mind when you see my posts, feel free to
laugh, agree or completely disregard – just know if you’re giving your best and being honest with yourself about your health, I think you’re a star.
